Project Overview
This project was delivered for Lipton, the world’s largest non-alcoholic beverage company, to enable end-to-end visibility across national accounts, discounters, omnichannel partners, and e-commerce marketplaces. We built a unified monitoring and analytics platform that continuously tracks Lipton and competitor products, captures pricing and stock signals multiple times per day, and stores them historically for trend analysis. Automated alerts and compliance checks help teams act instantly when anomalies occur.

Challenge
With Lipton’s scale across diverse retail channels, maintaining real-time control over prices, stock availability, promotions, and brand content is operationally complex. Data is fragmented across platforms, changes happen frequently, and issues such as unexpected price shifts, out-of-stock situations, or non-compliant content can impact revenue and brand perception quickly. The challenge was to create a reliable system that captures high-frequency signals across many platforms and turns them into actionable insights and alerts.
Solution
We developed a centralized tracking platform that monitors Lipton and competitor products across multiple retail and marketplace environments. Prices and availability are captured multiple times daily, promotions are detected and logged, and all signals are stored historically to support reporting and decision-making. Automated warning rules trigger instant email notifications for out-of-stock events, unexpected price movements, and content compliance issues. The result is a scalable, always-on intelligence layer that supports commercial, e-commerce, and trade teams with near real-time control.
