Heva Clinic partnered with us to build a scalable healthcare software platform that digitizes post-operative patient care. Challenge
Managing post-operative care for thousands of international patients was becoming increasingly complex for Heva Clinic. Communication was fragmented across WhatsApp, email, and manual workflows, leading to delayed responses, repeated questions, and inconsistent care guidance. Patients lacked a clear, personalized recovery roadmap, while clinic teams struggled to track recovery progress, patient inquiries, and follow-up schedules efficiently at scale.
Solution
We designed and developed a custom healthcare software solution that centralizes all post-operative workflows into a single ecosystem. A patient-focused mobile application delivers personalized recovery calendars based on surgery date, while a clinic-trained AI agent provides 24/7 multilingual support. A web-based management panel enables clinic staff to manage patients, respond to inquiries, review progress photos, and coordinate video consultations—significantly reducing operational overhead.
