Kredin.com is an award-winning fintech platform that aggregates and compares real-time loan, credit card, and financial product offerings across banks via APIs. We supported the platform’s growth by modernizing its infrastructure without changing the existing codebase. The project migrated core components from a traditional monolithic server setup to managed cloud services to improve reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.

Challenge

Kredin.com operated on a traditional hosting model that limited scalability and operational flexibility under changing traffic patterns. As an API-driven comparison platform, consistent latency and uptime are critical—especially during peak demand and campaign periods. The existing setup increased maintenance overhead, constrained autoscaling, and introduced performance bottlenecks across storage and caching layers. The challenge was to upgrade infrastructure end-to-end without refactoring the legacy monolith.

Solution

We modernized the infrastructure by migrating the file system to DigitalOcean Spaces, moving compute to DigitalOcean App Platform with autoscaling, and shifting data layers to Managed Database and Managed Redis. Cloudflare was introduced as a front layer to improve caching, security, and global delivery. The result is a scalable, managed, and resilient infrastructure—delivered without altering the existing application code—while improving response times, reliability, and cost efficiency.
