Project Overview
Birhekim is a clinic and doctor management platform built to streamline daily operations across scheduling, patient follow-up, finance, and communications. We delivered the full product end-to-end: frontend and backend development, brand identity and visual system, conversion-focused landing pages, and social media assets. The result is a cohesive healthcare operations platform that unifies clinical workflows and business processes in a single, scalable system.

Challenge
Clinics often rely on fragmented tools for appointments, patient tracking, payments, and staff management, creating operational blind spots and manual workload. Birhekim needed a unified platform that could support multiple clinic roles while remaining simple and fast in day-to-day use. Beyond the product, the brand presence also needed to communicate trust and clarity—requiring consistent visual identity across the platform, landing pages, and social channels.
Solution
We designed and built a full-stack clinic management system with a clear, role-based workflow structure and a modular architecture. Core operational modules—appointments, patient tracking, finance, reporting, and staff management—were consolidated into one platform, supported by payment flows and SMS/email integrations. In parallel, we delivered a complete brand system, landing pages optimized for conversion, and a consistent social media visual language to strengthen market presence.
